  • Discord IDs (user, guild, channel, message) when needed to operate the bot

  • Questions, answers, votes, and related metadata

  • Configuration data (per-guild settings, section/channel IDs)

We do not collect emails, IP addresses, or payment info. Payments (if any) are handled by Discord. Discord

  • Provide and improve FAQ features (submit, moderate, publish, browse/search)

  • Prevent spam and enforce per-guild cooldowns

  • Troubleshoot and ensure service reliability

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell data. Access is limited to server admins and the bot maintainers for support/debugging.

4. Data Retention

  • Content (Q&A, votes, configs) persists until removed by server admins or via data deletion requests

  • Backups (if any) are retained for limited periods for recovery

5. Your Choices & Rights

  • Server admins can purge their server’s FAQ data

  • Users can request removal of their submissions where identifiable and permitted by server policy
